We have owned this camper 4 years and it is in great shape and ready for your family vacations. My wife and I have camped over 190 nights in it. We have retired and downsized so we have chosen to go bigger with a 40' Vanleigh 5th wheel as we will be doing winters where its warmer. Never smoked in. The unit has a queen bed in the master, pullout couch and convertible kitchen table to a bed for the smaller kids/grandkids. It also has two reclining leather lounge chairs in the back. Two slide outs, one for the bedroom and one for the living room/kitchen and a huge master closet. The kitchen has a three-burner stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator. We have recently replaced the dark flooring for a much lighter ash/beige tile that has given a fresh look to the unit as well as made it much lighter inside. We have maintained all the functioning parts of the RV with care. The kitchen faucet has been recently replaced. It has 2 smart TV's with remotes, one in the main living and one in the bedroom. The bedroom bed is in the slideout and makes the bedroom very large with access to the full wall closet as well as cabinet storage on either end. We've never filled all the cabinets as there are more than we used. The shower is ample as I'm 6'4" and comfortable in it. The tolet is ceramic and foot flush. We've kept our black and gray tanks very clean so there is no ordors.

Outside you have a full awning covering both entry doors, a two-burner propane connected grill, sink and plenty of storage. All the unit levels are electronic so there is no hand cranking or drills and run on the InCommand onboard system with the mobil app running on your phone, so you can operate remotely. Includes two propane tanks and one new battery. We have replaced the orignial tires with Carlisle Radials, we have had the wheel bearings serviced yearly and we've kept the RV in closed storage out of the sun and cold. Both sets of steps have the leveling steps on the bottom to give a solid foundation once you’re set up. It’s like walking on a solid step without spending the big bucks for the solid steps.

NOTE: We added a PROPRIDE HITCH system that is NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE BUT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. It is installed on the unit and the unit pulls like a 5th Wheel because of the design of the PROPRIDE. I'd encourage you to check out Propride as you'll not want to use anything else.
