The bathroom features a shower with seat and full height ceiling and sliding glass doors. A Dometic full-timer standard height toilet replaced the low-profile toilet that came standard with the unit. The living room furniture is less than two years old with two couches that pull out into beds and a power recliner loveseat. A fireplace with or without heat makes it feel like home. Living area also has a smart TV televator with surround sound, radio/dvd combo and plenty of storage. It has two separate ACs (one for front and one for primary bedroom), two power awnings, a digital antenna and cable hookups as well as under nose storage and an exterior smart TV and mini fridge. Comes with everything you’ll need including brand new sewer hose with collapsible support system, heated water hose, Bullydog surge protector, too much to list. Within the last 6 months the roof has been cleaned and resealed as well as both a/c units have been cleaned and serviced. Has been detailed inside and out.
