2021 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2898KS 5th Wheel in like new condition. 36’6” long, 8’ wide, sleeps 6, 4 slides, hydraulic auto leveling system with rear cargo rack. Snap pads were added to the leveling jacks and still in great shape.
Currently winterized with a 45 gal black tank, 60 gal fresh tank and 90 gal grey tank. Dry weight is 9,406 lbs with 2,054 payload capacity.

Used twice for about one week at a time. Approximately 2,000 miles on the tires.

Only minor issue is the wallpaper has bubbled in a couple places along the interior seams. These are on the passenger side of the trailer that gets more sun exposure. This is a common issue with RV wallpaper and upon inspection there is no water damage or leaks and the roof is fully intact.
