East/West oriented Master King Bedroom contains full-width closet, half height dresser system with an upper cabinet system including TV. Also A/C, underbed storage with 2 stowable tables and entry to full bath.

Full bath contains a full width shower, molded seat, sink and toilet as expected. Second entry to hallway. There is a large-mirrored medicine cabinet, under-sink storage containing 3 drawers and large door for towel storage.

Main area includes second A/C unit, electric fireplace, large TV, DVD, a 4 zone Soundbar and an integrated vacuum system. This area contains two couch systems (1 converts to a full bed), a single bed loft, kitchen and access to the garage. The kitchen contains a large over/under Propane/Electric refrigerator, a dual sink, stove, oven, microwave, 3 pantries, 4 drawers and undersink storage. Stainless steel appliances.

Garage is 12’ long with half bath, rubberized floor (with unused throw carpet), exterior door, two king beds one of which converts to 2 opposing couches. Significant overhead cabinetry along with a 3rd TV (specifically removable for exterior use). Frame mounted tie downs, an underfloor storage bay (designed to carry various maintenance fluids for the toys such as oil, etc.) and external side entry door. A RAM air flow system evacuates toy odor while traveling. Never carried vehicles in the garage, so no odors. 3-season back wall opens partially to provide access to fenced back deck and awning when the ramp is configured as such or opens fully to allow toy access when in ramp mode.

Exterior of the unit provides ample lighting, integrated speaker system, location for 4th TV, security cable for toys/bikes, and full width pass through storage with slide-tray. Has 3 batteries, two large propane bottles, a generator and two 30-gallon gas tanks. One for generator, other for toys.

The unit carries 120 gallons of fresh water along with a 12-gallon gas/electric hot water heater. 6-point automatic hydraulic system provides not only stabilization, but leveling. I have had this unit completely lifted off its wheels with this system.
