Older RV with lots of life left in her. Clean, simple. No slides or funky outdoor entertainment systems. Mechanically, structurally sound, and water tight. Interior has been renovated, not a standard floor plan. Ready to roll cross country with engine, brakes, and tranny solid, no leaks. Ford 7.5L with Banks headers. Tires are 1 year old with maybe 1000 miles on them. RV stuff; appliances, water heater (excellent water heater!), plumbing good as well. Strong gernator, 600 hours. AC in the back could be better. This would also be a great rig for a couple that wants to tour for a season, or somebody building a house in the sticks and needs a place to live on site. She’s inexpensive enough to get into, but good enough to reasonably make your money back when you’re done.
