We’re selling our 2018 Grand Design Solitude Fifth Wheel Model 300GK-R. This model is well laid out and has a spacious, open floor plan. Large picture windows allow for views in every direction. With three slide outs you have approximately 340 square feet of living space. When you return from a day of sightseeing or outdoor activities it always feels like you are returning home.

We have had surprisingly few problems, and most of those issues were with replaceable appliances and not the RV itself. Every year we had our RV dealer perform any required and regular maintenance.

Some of the interior features include a king sized bed, large walk in shower, 3 gas burner stove and oven, microwave oven, Samsung residential fridge with icemaker, landscape electric fireplace, two televisions one in the bedroom and a 55 inch television that can be automatically stored away behind the fireplace, a heat pump for those cooler evenings, a stackable Whirlpool washer and dryer, and an 18 inch Furrion dishwasher. The living and dining room furniture has been upgraded to a more modern appearance.

This is a four season unit that includes tank heaters and a heater vent in the basement to keep water controls from freezing. Exterior features include a Nautilus water panel, all around automatic hydraulic jacks, large basement storage area, rear drum brakes, and brand new G rated tires for safe driving.
