This Grand Design, Super-Lite 30BH was manufactured in 2016 but originally for the 2017 year. It is a gently used 5th wheel, in excellent condition. The bunkhouse slide, out the back of the trailer, hosts a queen size sleeper sofa and a bunk along with drawer space and a pull up desk. There are three slide outs for an open roomy feel. A great aspect of this design is that the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are useable without the slides being out, which is great for quick stops for lunch and tight camping areas. The total trailer length is roughly 30 feet with the back bunk retracted for tight length spaces, opened 33.42 feet. Kitchen has the typical 3 burner stove and oven, microwave and a good sized refridgerator. 60 gal fresh water tanks and two 20 gal propane tanks. Recliner chairs with electric fireplace and large pop up TV screen. Bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a decent sized shower. Plenty of storage in this model of trailer. New cover purchased one month ago and still in the box is included in price. Trailer is a great, comfortable trailer, just not off road capable like we want, so we are downsizing.
