Dutchman 4245 bought new in 21. We lived in this for 11 months until we moved into our house. It has only been moved twice, once to our home for 11 months, and then to our new house about 20 miles away. I redid the inside of the RV completely. The master bedroom was turned into a bedroom for our oldest daughter. The original tv is there, along with a futon couch which turns into a bed. There is also a dresser and cabinet storage. It is painted white with wallpaper backsplash behind the bed. The bathroom has a huge shower with glass doors. Shiplap behind the mirror with custom accesssories (like the mirror!) There is a seat in the shower as well. We converted the the kitchen/living area to be just a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner stove, large fridge, and a large pantry. There is plenty of cabinet storage as well. In the living room area, we put a bench and a table. You could add chairs to the other side to make it suitable for a family of 4. We had 4-5 people eating there daily. There is an electric fireplace in the dining area equipped with a tv which can be lowered and raised when needed. Open shelving and cabinets adorn the walls of the dining area. The cabinets are custom painted a green and the walls are white. Natural wood trim adorns the slide outs. The kitchen also has a loft space which slept our 8 year old. She regularly had friends up there with her. It was a fun space for the kids. The toy hauler is where we had our living area and our primary bedroom for my husband and I. It comes with the couch, rug, and dresser. The original seats on the happy jack system are there and can be used as a lower bunk. The upper happy jack bed holds a queen mattress (not included) as well. You could potentially sleep 4 in here on the beds and out a 5th person on the couch. We removed the half bath in the toy hauler area to open up more space. The original tv is in there along with 2 cabinets for storage. It has all been painted white for a fresh updated look. Sliding doors open up to a patio complete with railing. The awning above the patio blew off during a storm. It has been reattached but needs some work. The awning above the side of the RV work fine. We had a leak in the kitchen pipes and replaced the flooring below the stove.
