Comes with Fifth Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter Hitch with Forward Offset and several extension cords (one is 75ft long), 2 40lb propane tanks, 10g hot water heater. Everything works.

Master bedroom has air controlled sleep number bed. Orginal sleeper sofa has been replaced with a futon.

Full disclosure, we just found out (April 2024) that the awning material is torn. We have never used the awning and the prior owners stated they didm't much either. It has been rolled up for as long as we have had it. We will knock that price down as a result.
