cargo weight 3,125. we bought this in December of 2018 & have used it for 3 months each year for the past 5 years. It has been stored inside our shop at home the rest of the year. It's been professionally maintained each year by Kansas RV when we return home each year. It has been kept clean & waxed each year. We upgraded the floor to a high grade solid vinyl plank throughout 3 yrs ago. We have absolutely loved this 5th wheel. Our friends always comment on how beautiful this is & since it has seating for 6 in the living room, they all come here to visit. They like to show off this unit to their friends & family. The generator is unused other than required maintenance & has a total of 36 hrs on it. We have purchased a home here in AZ so we're selling our happy place to the next lucky owners. This unit will be available on or before December 14th. We are including the things we have found useful. Large water softener, jack buckets & progressive industries EMS-PT50X surge protector, water pressure regulator, & sewer hoses. The microwave was replaced last year. Tires were replaced 2 yrs ago. Both warranty items. The loveseat in front of the tv is the only place that shows wear. I'll include pics. There are no maintenance items we're aware of needing to be done.
