This is an outstanding vehicle. It rides and handles well, its perfect to haul your toys, it has 4 TV's, lots of light and a full bath. The back patio makes a great location to keep your pets contained, or small children. It has a back screen to keep bugs out. The queen over the garage is a perfect way to have sleeping space plus a garage. The garage holds 1k pounds, and the back patio has a weight capacity of 1500. There is a power awning and a manual awning over the patio. There is a new heavy duty slide awning, and 2 new MCD room darkening shades in the living space. It is a convection micro wave and a propane cooktop. There is a propane quick connect on the exterior. I made custom seat covers from drop cloths, so the seats have never had any wear exposure. The floors are covered with rubber runners to protect them from any scratches. This vehicle is immaculate. We are upgrading to a diesel which is the only reason we are parting with it. I have a current inspection report that I am happy to share with serious buyers.
