My son and I had a lot of great times in this camper. It was the perfect size for us and I absolutley love this camper. I decided to buy a horse trailer with living quarters, so I could haul my own horse. I have regularly maintained it through the dealer and it is winterized. It is still covered under the extended warranty and that can be transferred to new owner. It covers any mechanical issues. And if the buyer chooses to transfer, I will need to include that in the cost. The price as listed does not include the warranty.

Now for the bad news and why I have it priced SOOO low. There was a faulty seal on the front of the camper and it leaked water in the front storage compartment and into the main cabin area by bed. The floor did get a soft spot in it. I had the leak and faulty seal fixed, I can provide the documentaion on that and all service history. They did a presurized check to be sure it was completely fixed. I however, do not have time or money to fix the floor since I just bought a house and am remodeling.
