This unit is BRAND NEW! If you're looking for a new Toy Hauler, but don't want to pay new unit prices, this is it.

We actually love this camper. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for what we needed. We bought it sight unseen which was a big contributor. Undercarriage storage is a premium factor for us. Unfortunately we missed the fact that this Momentum model has very little storage underneath. We looked at dozens of units and somehow missed this fact.

The unit itself is awesome! The quality of every aspect of this RV absolutely blows our previous 5th Wheel out of the water (2018 Sandpiper)! The insulation is GREAT. The Entertainment system is AMAZING. The 3 A/Cs work PERFECTLY. The appliances are FANTASTIC. The water system is EASY and AWESOME. It truly is a FANTASTIC RV.

The garage can be used for a TON of storage, but we need to use that space and there simply isn't enough storage for what we need. We have investment properties and need to able to live in the camper for extended periods. We intended the garage for usable space and additional sleeping/officing/working quarters. Unfortunately, without undercarriage storage this unit does not work for our needs.

We are looking to get what we owe out of it and swap to a unit that works better for us. I'll defiantly miss the garage. I thought about getting a small towable unit to use for storage, but that makes it too heavy for us to pull.
