This beautiful 2018 precovid Grand Design 315 RLTS is in great shape! renovated interior with all residential furniture and memory foam queen mattress. Has a new 42" Vizio smart TV, and a Roku TV in the bedroom. Lots of storage and space for everything you may want to take with you. This is the perfect couples trailer and ready for the road. The tires are about a year old and in great shape. Everything works as it should with no issues. Washer/Dryer hook ups in the bedroom closet. We have painted and put up wall paper throughout the rig, its much more like a home than a trailer. The Rig comes with everything you may need to hit the road and have adventures. A 20 Gallon waste tank extender, a predator 3500 Generator, hoses, extension cords, extra stabalizing jacks, AC inserts to duct all the air into the vents and quiet down the roof top AC's. We even have the Reflectex window inserts to keep the heat in or the heat out depending on the season. It is a 4 season rig with some light insulation in the belly and the furnace drops to keep the pipes ward in winter. It has all the chock blocks, and Anderson blocks for leveling with the level mate pro system. Also included is a weight distribution hitch with anti-swaybar function. It has oversized gas tanks and power stabalizers and power jack in the front. Includes a Kurieg, some dishes, a vaccum and everything else youd want when you go adventuring. In short, this trailer doesn't really need anything, you can take it and hit the road immediatley and start making memories.
