This Dutchmen 261BHS has a great layout with two entry points. It has a main entry point into the kitchen/living area and one directly into the bathroom which is very convenient, especially for kids and guests visiting your campsite. It features a bunkhouse layout with two full size bunks in the rear with privacy curtains, and fold up lower bunk for extra storage. It also has a rear access door for easy access to that storage. It has one slide out that opens up the kitchen and living space with a dinette that collapses into a bed, a two seater sofa with foldout bed, a master bedroom with two closets and storage above, and the queen bed lifts up for extra storage underneath. There is a rotating mirror and tv combo so you can watch in the living room or the bedroom. The kitchen features a three burner stove and oven with a microwave. Our favorite part about this trailer is the storage, which can be found all throughout the trailer. There are cabinets above the windows and below the seating areas in the dinette, and all throughout the kitchen.
This trailer has been a great trailer for our family but we need something bigger to haul all of our toys. We are the second owners and the trailer is in great shape and super clean. It has been well maintained and everything works great. We've always stored it under covered storage at the storage facility so the roof is in good condition with no leaks. It also has newer tires with plenty of tread left. Some things I'd like to mention is that the cushions in the dinette as well as the couch have started to peel. We ended up putting covers over everything which has worked well for us. The awning has also started to peel slightly in one corner as you can see in the photos, but still works great. There are some small dents in the back from bicycles being mounted by the previous owner.
