This is a well maintained unit, which is in very good condition. We are only selling because we purchased a larger Grand Design for full time RV-living. As a travel nurse, I have been very comfortable in 104F in Dothan, Alabama - I set the thermostat at 60 to sleep during the day. urther north in 15F without pipes freezing thanks to ducted heat in the under carriage.

I have pulled this with my BMWX5 (with tow package) over very steep mountains without any difficulties.

The kitchen has great storage, after moving everything to our new 34' camper with island, I had to take out items. Our 17MKE has more kitchen storage.
