You're looking at a super nice, immaculate 2005 Coach House 231XL sitting on a 2004 F-450 Triton V-10. Both are in fantastic condition with ONLY 30271 miles. The unit (except for camping) has always been kept in dry, indoor storage. Just had entire unit (house and Chassis) completely serviced by professional Techs. There are a few scuffs on it but nothing what so ever that is serious.
