500hp Cummins - 6 speed Allison - Only 77K miles. Coach runs down the road solid, super quiet and incredibly powerful! Best driving coach I have ever owned. No lack of power if you're planning to tow a large trailer, car, boat, or toys. I'm leaving my Blue OX tow bar and equipment and will also include a brand new Air
Force One air braking system. Both would run you $3,000 or so to buy. This RV was never a lived-in coach! It has not been worn out inside from being a full-time RV. We used it for short trips only. Truth be told, we haven't used it since 2019. That's the reason we are parting with it. We have no future plans for RV travel at the moment. We discounted the price and included the tow equipment due to a few things you may or may not repair. Unit is in good shape, especially the interior.

Generator maintenance recently performed: New $1300 Rotor, New brushs and block, New $1,000 Computer, Oil & Filter, Fuel Pump & Filter, Air Filter, Glow Plugs. The new rotor that was installed was a bad part. I received a brand new replacement that will need to be swapped out.
Cleaned fiberglass roof and re-sealed everything. Roof is in fantastic shape! Exterior has been fully buffed and waxed. Interior has been fully detailed. Including wood treatment and vinyl treatment. Cleaned all air ducts and registers and also cleaned all filters. All exterior compartments and pass throughs are detailed. Two pass-through compartments have slide trays. Installed four new 6volt house batteries. Chassis batteries are two years old. Michelin tires have near new tread and are dated 2016.
Unit unfortunately has damage to a compartment door and a few scratches to the body. Small damage to the top rear cap from a tree branch. Tree bent the ladder, so we removed it. Windshield has a small crack. Bedroom closet door mirror damaged. Bedroom slide topper awning needs to be replaced if you want, not fully needed.
