This camper is the best! Bunk beds for kids.  Large enough inside for a family, but small enough to tow and camp anywhere. Low maintenance.  Bathroom has a TUB! Great for getting sand/dirt off little ones.  We used the bottom bunk as a crib so the baby couldn’t roll out by attaching a baby gate.  Murphy bed allows for large private sleeping at night for parents then converts to comfy couch during the day.  Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower/hose to keep the dirt, sand, and smells outside. Well cared for. Regular maintenance but also really easy maintenance because it’s a travel trailer with no slide outs. 
We’ve made a few minor upgrades that just made sense. Like a bigger outdoor kitchen sink, blackout curtains (instead of the loud metal stock blinds), shelving, etc.  
The accent walls are sticker wallpaper that could easily be removed if you want it without the flare.   Dinette can convert to extra sleep space.  And there is large pass through storage in the front.  
Best size for new campers, tight spots, and doesn’t take up too much space in storage.   Pet-free, smoke-free, well cared for and consistently maintained because we thought we would keep it forever.  Priced to sell!
