We recently returned from our last summer trip (we had three fantastic summers in it, (health has moved us to a new chapter), full annual service by East Valley RV and a complete end-to-end clean up. Purchased new, I will deliver it in the form I would like to receive it i.e. clean, fully serviced and checked over. Never any serious issues, just the normal “new coach” nickel and dime stuff to fix. There are a couple of modifications that make this easier for someone with mobility challenges. If that proves to not of value to our buyer, I will reverse them (MIT grad, I'm good with tools). For the person with the certain mobility challenges, they may be a real plus. Besides lots of small improvement, two specific ones: The door to the back is now full width, not half so it is much easier to get through and the doors in front of the bunk beds have been replaced with curtains (still have the doors but they are difficult).

I used the upper bunk as a pantry, nothing attached, I have the origional mattresses still in the plastic wrap. The lower bunk is set up for phone charging, watching a tablet, etc.
