Rare floor plan travel trailer in like new condition!
Only used a handful of times since purchased new in 2020. Stored covered when not in use and well maintained.
Unit features a secluded bunk house with residential door. It's got it's own slide that is large enough for several children, private enough for teens and versitile for other uses, like a home office perhaps. The bunkhouse is wired for cable and audio, has its own A/C unit and power outlets and storage everywhere.
Opposing kitchen and living room slides offer interior width not found in most trailers (over 12' with both slides open). Living room features an entertainment system, fireplace and a theatre style love seat. Highlights of the kitchen are a large pennisula counter, deep double sink, huge pantry, u shaped dinette and storage EVERYWHERE.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a large shower with upgraded door, vanity/medicine cabinet and a large linen closet. The master suite holds a walk around, king size bed, overhead storage and a wardrobe with drawers. A residential style door adds privacy.
Outside you can find two power awnings covering most of the length of the coach. The awings have a Camco power channel installed which power the included spotlights and bluetooth speakers.
Near the rear is the hidden jewel of the unit, its HUGE outside kitchen. Three large cabinets and several drawers add tons of storage space. The outside fridge is big and home for lots of camping drinks! There is a sink for washing dishes or hands and has its own grey holding tank. A table top grill is tucked away on its own hidden shelf.
Pass-through storage at the front of the RV give plenty of room for all of your outside items.
