Description

Great family RV! This motorhome is spacious, comfortable, reliable, and very well-equipped. We just don't use it as often as we'd like and have chosen to let another family enjoy it.

You can find the floorplan and all the specs from a quick "Sunseeker 3170DS" search. This vehicle has all of the optional factory equipment, plus more. Notable aftermarket upgrades and recent work include:
- Built-in whole-RV surge protector (Hughes Power Watchdog). No messing with separate units at the power pedestal.
- Hard-wired (no lag) rearview camera (in the rearview mirror location).
- Side and reverse cameras (monitor on dash).
- Custom replacement sofa and replacement dinette cushions. The original furniture wore out pretty quickly. This replacement is high quality, rugged, and custom made to fit in the same position as the original. The original removable armrests were integrated into the new sofa and reupholstered in the same new material in order to maintain the option for added headroom in bed mode.
- Upgraded cheap bathroom exhaust fan.
- Added ceiling fan to bedroom roof vent.
- Tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for all 6 tires.
- New Michelin tires 8/2021.
- Two new deep-cycle house batteries 8/2021.
- Professional complete exterior recaulk 9/2020. (No issues, just preventative.)

Known issues. This is a well-loved motorhome with lots of great family trips to brag about. It has its share of wear and tear, notably:
- Wear on driver/pass seats (see photos)
- Bigfoot auto leveler operation - The levelers work fine, but retracting them is a two-button operation, whereas it's supposed to be a one-button operation. I think this is due to a fouled sensor. It still works great so I've never taken the time to investigate.
- Rear slide alignment - The bottom rear corner of the rear slide doesn't fully touch the RV when closed. I took it to an RV shop to repair, but they said it's fine and not to worry about it. It operates fine and doesn't give me any problems.
- The dashboard radio/DVD works, but the screen is fading. I bought a replacement unit but haven't installed it yet. I made sure this replacement unit is fully compatible, with RCA outputs to the TV, and a separate subwoofer output for the factory subwoofer.

Included freebies:
- built-in surge protector
- macerator pump and hose
- Camco 15-gal portable RV tote tank
- sewer hoses
- water hoses and pressure regulator
- large outdoor rug
- 20A and 50A adapter plugs
- RV cover and tire covers
