I purchased trailer from original owner in May 2018 and installed 7 new G614 tires.
The original owner towed it from Indiana to South Carolina and parked it on lake property for 10 years (original tires were new when I bought it) we have towed the trailer approximately 25,000 miles since 2018.

2017 replaced roof membrane (tree limb - previous owner)
2018 replaced rear ramp door (previous owner - under warranty)
2019 replaced water heater, water pump, slide-out seals and entry stairs
2020 replaced entire Morride suspension, inspected/repacked wheel bearings and replaced power landing gear motors
2021 replaced converter and batteries and generator fuel pump
2022 replaced awning and slide topper fabric (3)

Equipped with auto search satellite dish, we have never used it.
5500 Onan generator has low hours, transfer pump works, fuel gauge does not.

Large windows (2) in slideout starting to show fog between panes, they are still available from manufacturer (Hehr windows)
Floor in garage has a soft spot, but no signs of water leaks (perhaps old damage from roof) floor is solid otherwise, no issues tying down and hauling two Harley Davidsons which I have done numerous times (see pics)

Trailer has been stored in climate controlled warehouse since I purchased it from original owner (2018).
Overall in very good condition for age, exterior shows no damage, paint still in good shape.
Pulls great, fantastic brakes (electric/hydraulic disc)

2008 was the last year of this model built "old school" she's heavy but built to last.
