The floors have been nearly fully carpeted throughout during use for attractiveness and to prevent wear and tear on the floors. It is available with a custom configuration of a couch/hide-a-bed in the front. We pulled out the front couch/hide-a-bed to provide an area for a computer desk and file cabinets, making an office. See pictures. Hide-a-bed has been wrapped/strapped and is in dry storage. Retain the set up as is or re-install the couch/hide-a-bed for additional sleeping space.
