This coach is in very good condition for a 2017 model. Selling for age and health reasons. Coach has never been smoked in, no pets, no children; no wrecks; only my wife and I have used motorhome, thoroughly cleaning it after each trip. We purchased it directly from Phoenix USA in Elkart, Indiana at the full retail price. It has been stored under roof for most years. We love unit especially the comfortable twin beds, reliable E 450 Ford gas engine with tow haul feature which is great for the mountains. We towed our Honda CRV cross country many times with no difficulty. This coach has abundant storage space: beautiful solid hard wood cabinets above beds and couch, pantry with pull out drawers next to refrigerator, double door closet with mirrors, towel cabinet, utensil drawers and cabinets in kitchen. Cabinets for maps, brochures, CDs and manuals up front. Mileage is approximately 44,350 Specs: Standard as provided from Phoenix USA : Ford E 450, engine 6.8L V 10., 27'10" length, trailer hitch, tires replaced 2021, 55 gal fuel tank, 45 gal fresh water, 35 gal waste water capacity, 23 gal gray water , 42 gal LP tank. No major problems--only few minor issues: Small 5 " dent left front door, minor color changes dash both cosmetic only. Small rear view camera, original equipment, does not work but large side mirrors have sufficed for backing up. Roof antenna has never been needed as cable has worked well, so I cannot vouch for roof antenna.

Recently spent approximately $ 8,500 in upgrades: Two new Interstate coach batteries with new battery cables, new step motor and new step linkage, new macerator pump, replaced or repaired outside locks , new catalytic converter with steel cable theft protection cover, generator service, Ford engine oil change and service, Colorado exhaust check passed for license renewal.

Coach is out of warranty but all known mechanical problems have been repaired and RV is being sold " as is " at approximately 1/3 the cost of a new 2552 with no warranty provided by seller.
