One owner. Priced to sell, very motivated. Kept very clean. Mostly cooked outside. Non smoker. Barely wore shoes inside. A few warranty repairs: recliner replaced, oven ignitor, coupler replaced, new radio. Blower motor replaced on furnace.

No leaks. Solid build. Amazing storage. Ladies will love the bathroom space! Air conditioner and furance work well.

Artic package. Outside kitchen, outside shower. Unit has a control panel, also uses Jayco command (bluetooth controls). Need space for kids? You can tear out the bench seating where the little table is and put in a futon couch or blow up mattress. I might do it myself. lol
