RV was purchased two years ago and everything has been checked and cleaned etc Used twice since we got it. New bed, New AC. Non smoker. No pets. New tires. Everything works. No awning. Needs a good buff and wax. I was going to do when it cooled down. Selling because association now only allows boats in the storage. We don't use enough to justify a monthly storage fee. You won't find a cleaner Rpod I believe. Thank you
