Outdoors RV's Black Rock series is known for it's Heavy Duty: 2" aluminum framing and hardwall fiberglass exterior, heavy duty axles with extra ground clearance makes for a durable, off-road trailer. "Double Mountain insulation" means you'll keep warm in all four seasons, we could walk barefoot even in the PNW winter.

The floorplan gives a VERY usable living area with a comfortable sofa across from a dining table that seats 4. Upholstery is in good condition. Kitchen includes double sink, good counterspace, reliable stovetop and oven for baking. The refrigerator and freezer have surprisingly large capacity and can be run off either electric or gas power. (Two 30# LP gas tanks provide a lot of off-grid capability)

Standard bathroom set-up includes a handshower with small bathpan. Sink/vanity is actually located in the sleeping area. Lots of room in the sleeping area gives access to the queen-sized bed from either side. Cabinets above and to the sides of the bed give plenty of storage, but there's also more under the bed, accessible with lift-assist to raise the bed. Other storage includes an exterior-accessed pass-through area at front of the trailer.

Entertainment system includes cable and antenna hookups, Jensen AM/FM radio and CD player, and generic plasma screen TV. For outdoor entertaining, an electric-powered extendable awning provides shade and shelter.

We bought this third-hand for a temp living situation two years ago; had all door and slide seals replaced, roof re-sealed, tanks flushed, and batteries replaced. Since then it's been well taken care of and maintained regularly as needed. NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN! Trailer's tires are in good shape, with plenty of tread, but since we were parking it, they haven't been replaced. Also mostly unused, the AC unit could probably use a flush/recharge.
