For sale by owner is a 2020 Keystone Montana High Country 294RL. The 294RL is exactly like the 295RL, except the former has an RV fridge (gas/electric) and the latter a residential fridge (electric only).

This is an excellent unit with many standard features; it is perfect for anyone's camping style, from a weekender to a full-timer!

The unit has only had one previous owner, who purchased it new in 2020 and never used it. It sat in storage until 2022, when we purchased it and used it full-time (for less than two years now). Many more photos are available upon request.

No pets, no kids, no leaks, and no significant damage anywhere (normal dings/scrapes from regular use).

We don't have the original build sheet, but the unit does have a few factory options included, namely a solar package. We also included a few of our own upgrades: brand-new upgraded tires (as of 11/16), the excellent STEADYfast RV stabilizer system (unbelievably simple to use!), a new Sony 4k HDR TV, a new Sonos Beam Gen2 soundbar, a new "full-timer" Dometic 320 toilet with elongated seat (yes, they make toilets specifically for weekenders, part-timers, and full-timers; check it out!), new high-security locks throughout all doors/compartments (did you know most campers use the exact same key??), new top-of-the-line MaxxAir fans in both the kitchen and bathroom, and best of all: a new vented Splendide Combo Washer/Dryer (it's a surprising luxury not to have to move clothes between two units, lol).

The camper has been an absolute treat for us and has never had any major issues. Depending on the final deal, there may be some other accessories we can include, such as the Hughes Autoformer Power Watchdog PWD50-EPO and an uninstalled, top-of-the-line fridge temperature management kit to maximize fridge performance and longevity.
