Great condition 2018 Fifth wheel! Seldomly used. Barn kept. This Trailer was used by a family of 5 who rarely used trailer due to travel baseball. When it was not used, it was kept in a barn with wheel covers. All plumbing and electrical is in working condition. One and a half bath is convinient for kids having their own restroom. Fire place works great. We have had issues with the refrigerator during storms. But, I was told it was a relay to protect the electical. It cools but I would like for it to cool a little more. The outside Kitchen also has a fridge. Stove has never been used as we only BBQ when we went camping. This is a great family trailer
