You can sleep up to 8 people with use of the converted dinette and bunk beds. Bunk beds are on a HappiJac power lift system that lifts the bunks out of the way to create additional storage space. This trailer has been well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after each use. New Goodyear tires in May of 2021. All original appliances work well including the furnace, AC, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. Purchase will include an Equalizer anti-sway weight equalizing hitch and a 32-inch Vizio flatscreen TV installed post original purchase. Well operating single dinette slide out and large power awning. Front and rear powered stabilizing jacks and powered hitch. Exterior in good condition with one minor area of denting in passenger side rear wheel well trim incurred after shredding of flat time (see photo). Otherwise, never involved in a motorized accident.
