Recent Inspection performed this Summer 2023. Havent used since.

Reasons why I bought this RV:

• Smaller and Lightweight compared to most 5th Wheels.
• Could even be pulled by smaller trucks, at half-ton max GWVR
• 5th Wheels are more stable during travel than Travel Trailers Bumper Hitch.
• 28 ft or less trailers are permitted by 80%-90% of National Parks Campgrounds
• Layout Plan -
  • Larger Master Bedroom Feel.
  • Also access all the way to Bedroom with Slide-Out all the way in, for those necessary over nights at rest stops. (unnamed feature, cant be searched by)

Purpose of Selling:
I bought less than a year ago, sold my house, and hit the road planning to travel the US for a year or so. After living for one month, discovered things that needed fixing/improving. While in the shop to replace battery and a few minor repairs and purchases, I was informed my job would no longer be remote as preciously promised. Hasnt been used since.
