We stayed with a friend while our house was being built, camper was used as a home office and a getaway to relax on site.
Camper has never been taken out camping, only mileage on it is towing from dealership to current site.
We ordered a complete inspection performed by Beau RV on 9/11/23 and the camper is in excellent condition with no issues. Inspection report and receipt are available during showing. The camper is financed with US Bank, so payoff and notarized paperwork can be done together at a US Bank location.
