We have a 2016 Discovery 40E. The interior has a light tile floor with an insert and cherry cabinets. It has a residential refrigerator with an inside ice maker, dishwasher, convection microwave oven, stacked washer and dryer, three air conditioners in which two are heat pumps, and a tankless hot water heater.
There is a king size bed along with a bath and a half. The L couch has been replaced with a custom built coach by Brad & Hall to match the captains chairs.
We purchased the coach in 2019. The tires are 2 years old and the batteries were installed in 2019 and have been well maintained. The engine and generator filters, oil, and lube were completed in August of 2022. There are 43,828 miles on the odometer and 372 hours on the generator.
With the coach you will also receive two 25 foot 50 amp extension chords, portable Progressive Industries 50 amp surge protector, VESAFE TPMS with 10 tire sensors, Pro Aqua water softner, Garmin RV 785 GPS with camera, tire and wiper covers, outside step, 2- 4×12 and 2-6×12 jack platforms, 30 feet of sewer hose and connections, at least that in water hoses, and anything else an RVer would need or want.
We have had very few issues with the coach and it is a very comfortable ride and easy to live in. In 2019 we used both furnaces, water and pump, and winterized it, but we have been in Florida in the winter months now and Michigan in the summer and have had no need to use after the first year we purchased it.
