There is a working generator and it has 120.6 hours on it.  

We bought the motorhome in April 2019 with 25,375 miles from a dealership in Florida. But then COVID hit followed by a second summer of COVID followed by the ages of our kids making them so busy that the plans we had for its use seemed out of reach. We have loved it and honestly are incredibly sad to see it go but it’s time for another family to make memories in it. It is in good working order, but does have signs of use. We had plans of completing renovating the interior, but at this point, we just don’t use it enough to justify the time and expense. The mileage is subject to change slightly as we will be using it locally while it is for sale. It was kept in storage while we have owned it. It will come with all the dishes and various cutlery as well as the TV in bedroom that is a smart TV. There are various storage areas that we added that will stay as well. There is a bike rack as an option for purchase as well. It had regular maintaince both by the owner and then checked over by an RV dealership on several occasions. It's most recent update was the large awning in early October 2023. It had enough wear and tear that it needed replaced. The back up camera does not work but if a person is more electrically inclined, it is most likely fixable.
