Used at a seasonal site so tires have minimal wear

Seals checked twice a year and recently brought to RV maintenance shop to have everything looked over before selling. We are selling because we bought a place on a lake and we no longer need the RV. Otherwise we wouldn't be selling. We love the layout and design of this unit.

We are willing to transport the RV if needed within a reasonable distance.
