This 2016 FR3 30DS is a great length at 30.5 feet and can get into all national parks and RV resorts. Comes with a updated king bed, a cool powered overhead bunk over front captain’s chairs, sofa with hide-a-bed, and booth dinette that also converts to a bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably! All features can be accessed with the slides in and while traveling on the road!

Other nice features include 1 exterior tv + 2 interior tv’s, speakers, shower, and lots of storage bays. Power awning (16 foot), and Lippert LCI Automatic Leveling System (very cool!) + black water tank has heater option. Power front sun/privacy shade. Batteries have been split to 12V. LED lights throughout. Dash radio AM/FM/Bluetooth/color back up camera, and side cameras when turn signals on w/Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Winegard 360+ HD TV antenna. 35,000 BTU furnace. Ducted Air Conditioning unit (18,000 BTU). I have a quality RV cover for this RV.

*NOTE: Interior vinyl is chipping in some areas. Everything else works great! (I've reduced price to accomodate this).

Roof is solid and no leaks anywhere. Concave roof that repels water very well.
I’ve recently serviced the full unit, engine, and had the brakes done last year + serviced gen.

The RV is in my storage in Duarte, California (91010), so any showings would be from there.
