I think I’m the 2nd owner – very low miles. 31’ long, only 5,610 dry weight with integrated leveler/sway hitch set-up. Pulls like a dream with a 1/2 ton truck – never has swayed once even in strong winds. Everything works great (interior is like new) and has a number of 12v outlet upgrades. Private bedroom with door and walk-around queen bed, large bathroom w/shower, DirectTV satellite and boxes, A/C, great sound system (inside and out), 20’ electric awning with LED lighting, 2 TVs, additional exterior kitchen, excellent tires, electric jack, too many features to list. Couch and dining table convert into beds. Two lounge chairs in back fully recline. Must see to appreciate. 4500W generator has only 42 hours on it and has remote start. (Ordering CarFax) 184,400 mostly highway miles and everything works great. I hate to sell it. Has a lot of miles left in her with the Hemi set-up.
