This fifth wheel is non-pet/non-smoking, no kids. There have not been any accidents or water damage. It has a 1-year old seeley queen mattress. I have been living in it in an rv space for 1 year. Everything works perfect! The roof was recoated last year, the tires are near new. It was parked under an awning the whole time prior. It has washer/dryer hookups. Dometic air system.
