6-7 trips for a total of 3,500 miles. Purchased new with 2200 miles on the odometer. We are selling to buy a 5th wheel.

Sleeps 2. This motorhome is a hard to find Compass AWD TE model with sofa and murphy bed. During the day you use the sofa and portable dining table. At night, you pull down the short queen murphy bed over the sofa. Has lots of storage cabinets for a smaller RV and a 42-inch recessed TV that is hidden and moves up and down on a lift. At the back of RV is a full bath. For only a 24 ft. motorhome, this is a very spacious and comfortable RV. Also it is very easy to drive and maneuver.

Large skylight at the front of the RV with electric shade. Pull down shades on all of the windows. Interior with all dimmable LED lighting. Captain chairs swivel backwards to add additional seating. RV functions are controlled by a touchpad display. 14 ft. awning with LED lighting. Propane quick-connect for BQ. Ford Transit V6 350, 3.5 liter, 310 hp, Eco Boost gas chassis. All Wheel Drive. Averages about 12 miles per gallon with regular gas. Capacities: Gas 25 gallons, Fresh Water Tank 31 gallons, Grey Tank 37 gallons, Black Tank 19 gallons, Propane Tank 16 gallons. Length: 23.5 long x 8.25 wide. 1 slide on passenger side.

All the storage bins locks with factory locks have been replaced with unique-keyed cam locks. To add more interior storage, a 12-hook system was added above the captain chairs for hanging hats and clothes. 2-color matched 1x6 boards were added above the captain chairs to better utilize the open space for shoe storage.

When in storage, the tires, front windshield and all windows were covered to protect the RV from the sun. Generator only used when testing it. Shower was used only a few times. Very clean septic (no solids ever in the tank). Fully serviced in December, 2022 by La Mesa RV (records available).
