This is a camper that sleeps 9 with a bunk house, private master bedroom, fold out couch and convertible dinette. The bathroom contains a private entrance into the front master suite, a hallway entrance, and an exterior entrance. Kitchen contains a large pantry, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove with oven. Outdoor kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, sink, ice maker and 2 burner propane stove There is a small dent and scuff on rear driver side. Upgrades we have added include: RV airflow high efficiency A/C upgrade, gate installed on loft to prevent small children from falling, privacy sound muting curtain on rear bunk room, 2” hitch receiver welded on rear for bike carrier, level mate blue tooth leveling system, memory foam mattress topper in master bed, Goodyear endurance 10 ply tires, keyless entry on main cabin door, windows have been tinted for privacy and cooling, and residential faucets in kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom faucet has a quick adaptor for a washing machine that we will include with the camper.
