Sell or trade for a smaller camper (plus cash). This is an excellent camper, title in hand, very roomy with open floor plan. I used it for clinical rotations and my wife would stay with me sometimes. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. I'm also willing to trade for a smaller camper, possibly a toy hauler, (either something equitable, or with cash).
