This is a very clean and lightly used trailer. Everything works as it should, and the unit has been maintained carefully and properly. The outside kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink with hot and cold running water, a 2 burner camp stove, a swing around arm for an included griddle. There is a lot of outside storage space included, and 2 30# propane cylinders for lots of gas use time. There is an outside shower, tv mount and hookup on the outside, a rearview camera and monitor is also included. There is a very good quality sewer hose and a 10' extension and connections. Also, there is a 25' electric cord with a 25' extension and a 15 amp to 30 amp adapter included. There is a rear/roof ladder installed and a spare tire mounted on the rear bumper.
A full queen size very comfortable murphy bed with a heated mattress and a very comfortable sofa, with kick up foot rests for watching the included tv, are at the front of the unit, and a u shaped dinnette, that converts to a nice size sleeping area, make up the living area. There is a lot of storage available and a nice size bathroom with a good size shower. There is also a lot of storage in the bathroom. We have owned 6 travel trailers over the years, and this is probably the most efficient and practical layout of any. It is a great trailer, and well made by Forrest River.
Unfortunately, old age is sneaking up on us, and we feel that now is the time that we need to sell and move on to other interests.
