Extremely well maintained motorhome. We purchased it because it was always stored under roof and has never left the state of Florida. Since we’ve owned it we have kept it stored on concrete and plugged in. It has 3,800 miles on it and less than 80 hours on the 7,500 generator. Residential fridge and induction cooktop so no propane inside (bonus with kids). It does have a 25 gallon propane tank for the gas/electric 10 gallon water heater, but on electric alone we have never ran out of hot water (3 girl showers and 1 boy shower). We are also including a car dolly worth over $3k. The interior presents as new and has never been smoked in. The exterior is in excellent condition with only one noticeable flaw on the drivers rear side (the previous owner hit some shrubs backing in  and left 2 superficial dents on the two rear cargo doors with very minimal scratches pics included. Only reason for selling is because my wife is not comfortable driving such a large RV.
