I purchased this brand new in March 2018. It was used as a full-time living home on a property for three years. It has only been moved/traveled 2x: for delivery & to storage location. Never traveled in it for leisure or camping.

Notes about living use: The black tank was never used for solids. We used the house bathroom that was on the same property. The 2nd bathroom in the back was used for storage only. Since this was our home, we chose to replace most of the RV furniture to be more comfortable and functional for our needs. It was well cared for and loved!

Some changes:
- Living room couch replaced with Ikea couch
- Dining room table replaced with picnic table w/ benches that store underneath
- Microwave replaced with convection oven microwave
- Kitchen sink faucet replaced with a start/stop faucet
- Main bathroom faucet replaced with a start/stop faucet
- Living room TV replaced with bigger smart Roku TV
- Bunkroom teddy-bear mattresses replaced with thicker, more comfortable mattresses
- 2 bunk ladders included
- Master bedroom mattress replaced with thicker, more comfortable mattress (Note, all bedding has been washed and kept in storage)
- All 5 slide-outs have covered awnings
- 2 Newly purchased (2023) batteries
- 50 Amp RV Cord for shore power
- Some hoses can be included

Exterior: Universal docking center; city water hook-up w/high pressure fresh tank fill; 2 propane tanks included; 10 gal water heater tank that's electric/propane; 21ft power/retractable awning w/LED light; electric leveling jacks (the auto-leveling system does NOT work properly; but can be used manually); 6-point hydraulic leveling system; pass through storage; winterized & prepped for all-season weather; outdoor kitchen.

Interior: LED lighting throughout; electric fireplace; ceiling fan; two hidden outlets on each side of master bed; reading light over bed; bunkroom has convertible sofa bed; 2 full bathrooms w/roof-vent, medicine cabinets; 1 shower, 1 bathtub; kitchen counter has mood lights, stailness steel farm style sink w/covers; hardwood cabinetry; 13 cu. ft residential fridge w/2 freezer drawers (electric/propane); propane stove/oven w/3 burners.
