I lived in it for a year in Pennsylvania and never had anything freeze through the winter and the 2 AC units keep it cold in the dead of summer. Lots of room for a family with kids. Sleeps 8 with a king size bed in the master, loft, bonus room with a queen size sofa bed and a king size sofa bed in the living room. Walk in shower with plenty of head room. All appliances and features work as they should. Selling because I no longer need a camper for work travel.
