This RV is in excellent condition! We are the 3rd owners. No pets, non smokers, kept inside storage and has always been in California. Has newer batteries, transmisson was just serviced, generator 5500 Onan was just serviced (648hrs). Just smogged and registered. This version has a hallway and a dual entry bathroom with a corner shower. Back up and side cameras. 2 TV's inside and 1 outside. Newer mattress. New step motor. Porcelain Toilet. Electric Awning. Safe T Plus steering stabilizer. Tow Hitch. It has been a great RV and we are only selling because we want to step up to a newer model with some different features. I have all the service records and paperwork going back to the original owner. Since this is kept in storage and I need to give 24 hours notice to get it in order to show it I may have to schedule a time and day.
