Lots of love in this 5th wheel rv, everything works great, lots of maint.done, It's been great for us but we need to downsize. It's a toy hauler with big garage 12 ft but could be used as an office if you choose to live in it.I can deliver to your property if you want to live in it.It's best for the open desert for riding and you can pack a ton of kids in there. All appliances work great, A.C. has vents throughout the rig and the generator has been very well taken care of, including the whole fuel system for it has been upgraded. It has a 15 gl fuel tank for the genny.And has a huge fresh water capacity. New brakes and drums. Good tires.Also axles have been reinforced. Some cosmetic damage but nothing huge or bad. Really sad to get rid of it but we're retiring and need something smaller to drive around in. Also have 3 Quads we're getting rid of that are in great shape as well. 2 250s and one 350 all hondas asking $6,500.00 for those. This rv can be used to live in comfortably as well if you want to park it on a property. Please call if any questions.
