This is a beautiful 2021 ½ Berkshire XLT 45CA motor coach. This coach is a documented ½ year model bought in late 2021. As such, it comes with all the 2022 standard and optional equipment. This coach has it all: front end crash avoidance and lane departure, outdoor refrigerator and freezer, slide tray, tag axle, six tv’s, all electric - no propane. It has been taken from Michigan to Fort Wilderness in Disneyworld four times via Alabama, and one trip to northern Wisconsin. The coach has just over 18,000 miles on it. The engine has been serviced and had the oil changed twice. The generator was just serviced, and had the oil changed at 250 hours. It currently has 271 hours. This two-bath coach has every option that you can imagine. All options that were offered are on this coach.
