This is a 25.0 ft. RV (Class B or C ) built for comfortable travel and camping for two people. It is small and maneuverable enough that you don't need a tow vehicle on your adventures. Yet, it is large enough to have a full bath (not a wet bath) with shower and dressing area and a queen sized murphy bed. It is warranted bumper to bumper with an after market warranty until 1/13/2027 and is transferrable to the new owner. It is powered by a 7.3 Liter, 350hp V8 engine with 6 speed Ford (Allison) transmission. Fuel mileage has consistantly averaged 11.5 city and 12.4 road using regular unleaded fuel. Although it has never towed a vehicle, it is equipped to tow 7500 lb. We have have kept it in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Mobil 1 synthetic oil changes and chassis lubes have been done every 5k miles.

Major equipment includes Fireplace, disappearing flat screen tv set, generator (4kw) with 105 hours, stainless steel appliance package, tire inflation monitor, upgraded Sony am/fm/Sirius XM satellite radio and speakers, spare tire and carrier, tow hitch (2") and brake controller (never used), Swivel chairs for both driver and passenger, upgraded Corian counter tops, Renogy 100w solar panel and Lithium house battery and Echo Charger which provides solar charging to starting battery also. The Solar package has allowed us the freedom of travel extensively without having to utilize electric camp sites or the generator as long as the Air Conditioner is not required (Boon Docking). We have never had to plug in to charge the batteries.

This Gulf Stream Touring Cruiser is extremely well built using excellent materials. The Ford chassis is smooth strong, stable and powerful while still obtaining good gas mileage. Our age (80) is hinting that our RV travels need to soon come to a close. You as the next owner can enjoy many care free adventures in this fully warranted, well built and maintained RV.
